At Malmö Outdoor we welcome customers from most countries. The system has not yet been set for all countries and if you are unable to register from the country you are residing in – please send us an email and we will try to help.
The following terms are applicable on all orders from customers residing outside Sweden, placed on website www.malmooutdoor.se. This website is owned by Malmö Outdoor AB, 556815-4123, Ängsrovägen 8, 218 31 Bunkeflostrand, Sweden. For our domestic terms – please see “Köpvillkor”. We only accept customers above the age of 18.
HOW TO SHOP:
To shop at Malmö Outdoor is easy. Unfortunately we do not yet offer product information or such details in other languages than Swedish. One way overcome the language issues one might have is to use Google Translate. Do however note that the translations made by Google Translate are not always accurate and we do not accept responsibility for any misinterpretations. If some details is crucial to you it is better to email and ask.
To the left you can find all out categories and you can also browse by brand. By clicking at one category the category might expand and you can make new choices. When you find something you would like to know more about you can press ”mer info” (=more information). The image can be enlarged by clicking at it. If you would like to by the product you select size, if applicable, and the press “lägg till” (=add). The item is then added to you shopping cart which you can always find in the right upper corner. The content can be changed at the cashier view later on. When you are done shopping you click at “till kassan” (=to the cashier) and you will then be directed to the cashier view where you register your details and complete the payment. Please see below.
Prices may change without further notice. We reserve the right to cancel an order when the price given is obviously wrong. All prices are stated in Swedish crowns (SEK) and include VAT. If you are a non-EU citizen we will not charge VAT. If you reside in such country you can uncheck the box labeled “Priser inkl. moms” (= prices incl. of VAT) to see the prices which VAT excluded. This box is located just below the shopping cart.
We regret that we cannot attend to orders with an order value less of SEK 200 (shipping excluded).
HOW TO PAY FOR MY ORDER
For international orders we only accept payment by credit- or debit card – VISA or MasterCard. The transaction is free of charge for you and is processed by well-know DIBS (www.dibs.se). We do not store any details about your credit card and payments are handled by a secure SSL-certificate and by the latest security techniques online, 3D secure. You are safe when shopping atwww.malmooutdoor.se .
SHIPPING AND HANDELING:
On international orders we always charge shipping costs to cover some of the expenses we have on shipping your order.
Cost for shipping:
Denmark: 59 SEK
Finland: 59 SEK
Norway: 250 SEK (net of VAT)
EU countries: (other than Finland and Denmark): 250 SEK
Non-EU countries: 400 SEK (net of VAT)
We ship with a number of different shipping services depending on where you reside, weight, size and value. We reserve the right to choose shipping method. If shipping method is essential to you we recommend that you ask pre ordering. Note that we do not refund the cost of shipping for international orders returned to us.
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to Customs inspections and/or fees according to the regulations of the destination country. Malmö Outdoor is not responsible for these actions or any reimbursement of Customs fees or taxes.
WHAT IF I DON’T COLLECT MY ORDER?
We will charge SEK 500 if you do not collect your order and it is returned to us.
IF YOU WOULD CHANGE YOUR MIND:
If you would change your mind about your purchase upon receiving your order you have the right to change to a different size or product within 14 days of receiving your order. If applicable, follow the return instructions in your package. You are liable for all shipping costs for your return. The returned product shall be in it original package, unused and with all tags still in place.
IF YOU HAVE A COMPLAINT TO MAKE:
If an item, by any reason, is not up to standards you should make a complaint. We follow the Swedish consumer law which gives the customer right to complain about a product for three years from the day of purchase, providing the item was marred with production faults. If you need to complain – please email email@example.com for further instructions.
IF YOUR PACKAGE HAS BEEN DAMAGED:
Complaints about damaged packages due to shipping should be filed to the transport company liable for transporting your order to you. If you, upon arriving home, note that the content has been crippled, please contact us and we will help you.
Computer screens show colors differently and therefore we cannot guarantee that all images are accurate. We do our very best to thoroughly describe the items to you.
Sizes vary among brands. Feel free to call or email us on size advises.
Neither differences in color nor sizes are ground for complaints.
